We still believe in the "handshake" at Weldon. There was a time when the handshake sealed a deal, and all that guaranteed the agreement was each party's good name and good word. While we use contracts, and the like, as all other contractors do, we go beyond the words on the paper. We pursue our creed of a job well done. In our 25 years, we've had our "ups and downs," just like any other contractor. The reason, however, for our good times, and bad, is this: we believe in the handshake--we do what we say, with no exceptions.

It's a rarity in our industry to know how a
project will turn out . . . before the project begins. Weldon
Contractors labors to change this idea, and has done so since our
doors opened in 1984. We bid projects correctly with a talented
estimating team, we install meticulously and act safely, and we love
what we do. And if we make a mistake, we pay for it, not you.
